Santa Elena Canyon Trail, Big Bend, Texas Elopement

April 6th, 2022, around 7 pm, Leo and I started our 26+ hour car drive to Big Bend Texas for a STUNNING elopement. On the way there, I realized I forgot my tent. Oops haha. So I thought what to do, and decided sleeping in my car with Leo would be the best decision. The first two nights, we slept at a rest stop. Friday night we had a tent site, but the car was what we had so that was it! But at-least I got a nice shower!

Saturday evening, Leo and I started the 1 hour+ Drive to the trail. Like most big national parks I have come across, there isn’t any service. Not the biggest deal, but worrying you could break down when you’re by yourself without service is a little scary. But nothing scary happened on the trip thankfully!

This couple was just amazing and up for all the ideas! We got their elopement photos in the trail, but also in the desert! Wow!!!
